These Community Guidelines and Code of Conduct apply to all members users leaders volunteers partners and participants engaging with TISA Network Ltd through its website events communications platforms or activities.
By engaging with TISA you agree to follow these guidelines.
1. Our community values
TISA is built on respect safety inclusion and responsibility.
We expect everyone to engage in a way that supports

• Student wellbeing

• Ethical behaviour

2. Expected behaviour
All members and participants must
• Treat others with dignity and respect
• Communicate responsibly and politely
• Respect cultural religious and personal differences
• Use TISA platforms and services appropriately
• Follow applicable laws and regulations
Disagreement is allowed. Disrespect is not.
3. Unacceptable behaviour
The following behaviour is not permitted
• Harassment abuse or bullying
• Discrimination or hate speech
• Threatening intimidating or harmful conduct
• Misuse of reporting or emergency systems
• Sharing false misleading or harmful information
• Impersonation or misrepresentation
• Spamming solicitation or unauthorised promotion
Such behaviour may result in immediate action.
4. Online and offline conduct
These guidelines apply to
• Website interactions
• Emails and messages
• Events sessions and meetups
• Social media interactions linked to TISA
• Any platform representing TISA
Behaviour standards apply regardless of medium.
5. Safety and boundaries
Members must
• Respect personal boundaries
• Avoid unwanted contact or pressure
• Report concerning behaviour responsibly
TISA does not tolerate behaviour that compromises safety or wellbeing.
6. Reporting concerns
If you experience or witness inappropriate behaviour
• Report it to TISA promptly
• Email care@tisauk.com
Reports are handled sensitively and confidentially where possible.
False or malicious reports are also violations.
7. Enforcement and actions
TISA reserves the right to
• Issue warnings
• Restrict access
• Suspend or terminate membership
• Remove participants from events
• Report serious matters to authorities where required
Actions are taken at TISA’s discretion to protect the community.
8. No retaliation
Retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith is not tolerated.
Such behaviour may result in immediate action.
9. Limitation of responsibility
While TISA promotes a safe community, it cannot control individual actions at all times.
Members engage at their own discretion and responsibility.
10. Changes to this policy
These guidelines may be updated from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on the website.
Continued engagement indicates acceptance.
11. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
