This Force Majeure Clause explains how TISA Network Ltd will handle situations where services or obligations cannot be performed due to events beyond reasonable control.
By using TISA services you agree to this clause.

1. What is force majeure
Force majeure refers to events or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of TISA Network Ltd that prevent or delay the performance of services or obligations.
Such events may include but are not limited to
• Natural disasters
• Fire flood or extreme weather
• Pandemic or public health emergencies
• Government actions laws or restrictions
• War civil unrest or terrorism
• Strikes labour disputes or shortages
• Power outages or internet failures
• Failure of third party systems or platforms
• Any other event beyond reasonable control

2. Effect on TISA services
If a force majeure event occurs
• TISA may suspend delay or modify services
• Events sessions or communications may be postponed or cancelled
• Access to platforms or updates may be temporarily unavailable
TISA will make reasonable efforts to resume services when conditions allow.

3. No liability
TISA Hub Ltd is not liable for
• Failure or delay in providing services
• Loss inconvenience or disruption
• Financial or indirect losses
where such failure results from a force majeure event.

4. No entitlement to refunds
Force majeure events do not create an entitlement to
• Refunds
• Compensation
• Credits
unless explicitly stated otherwise by TISA in writing.

5. Communication during force majeure
Where reasonably possible TISA will
• Inform members of major disruptions
• Share updates through official channels
Communication timelines may be affected by the nature of the event.

6. Continuation of obligations
Once the force majeure event ends TISA will resume services where reasonably practicable.

7. Governing law
This clause is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
