This Fraud and Scam Reporting Policy explains how TISA Network Ltd handles reports related to suspected fraud scams or misleading activity shared through or connected to the TISA platform.
By using TISA services or reporting a concern you agree to this policy.

Students may encounter fraudulent misleading or unsafe activity while searching for jobs accommodation services or opportunities.
TISA aims to promote awareness and responsible reporting to help protect the community.

• Job scams or misleading recruitment
• Fake employers or impersonation
• Fraudulent accommodation listings
• Payment or fee related scams
• Misuse of the TISA name or branding
• Suspicious communications received through TISA related channels

3. What TISA does
When a report is received TISA may
• Review the information provided
• Remove or restrict access to reported content
• Share awareness alerts with members
• Provide guidance on next steps
• Escalate serious cases to relevant authorities where appropriate
TISA acts on a best effort basis.

• Guarantee outcomes of reports
• Replace police banks or official authorities
Members must report financial loss or criminal activity to appropriate authorities.

5. Reporting a scam or fraud
If you suspect fraud or a scam
• Stop engagement immediately
• Do not share personal or financial details
• Report the issue to TISA

Provide details where possible such as screenshots links or communication history.

6. Member responsibility
Members are responsible for
• Verifying opportunities independently
• Remaining cautious online and offline
• Following official advice from authorities
• Protecting personal and financial information
Awareness is the first layer of protection.

7. Misuse of reporting
False malicious or misleading reports are not permitted.
Misuse of reporting systems may result in
• Warnings
• Suspension
• Termination of membership

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TISA Hub Ltd is not liable for

• Damages resulting from fraud
• Third party actions
• Decisions taken by members
Use of shared information is at the member’s discretion.
