This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how payments cancellations and refunds are handled for services and memberships provided by TISA Network Ltd.
By making a payment you agree to this policy in full.

• Any paid services offered by TISA Network Ltd
Brand clarification
The International Students Association or TISA is a brand operated by TISA Network Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.
TISA is not a government organisation or statutory body.

2. Membership payments
• All membership fees are non refundable
• Membership fees are non transferable
• No refunds are provided for partial use or non use
• Membership access begins once payment is confirmed
By completing payment you acknowledge that you are purchasing immediate access to digital services and content.

3. Cooling off period clarification
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, digital services that begin immediately after purchase are not eligible for a cooling off period once access has started.
By purchasing membership you expressly agree that
• Access starts immediately
• You waive any right to cancel for a refund once access is provided
This applies to all membership purchases.

4. Cancellation of membership
Members may cancel renewal at any time from their own end.
Important clarification
• Cancelling renewal does not result in a refund
• Membership access continues until the end of the current term
• No partial refunds are issued
It is the member’s responsibility to manage renewal settings.

5. Event payments
Some events may carry a minimal charge.
• Event fees are communicated clearly in advance
• Event fees are non refundable unless stated otherwise
• Failure to attend an event does not entitle a refund
If an event is cancelled by TISA, a refund or credit may be considered at TISA’s discretion.

6. Exceptional circumstances
Refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstances.
In rare cases where services cannot be delivered due to technical or operational issues, TISA may review the situation on a case by case basis.
Any decision made does not set a precedent for future cases.

7. Chargebacks and disputes
Members are encouraged to contact TISA before initiating chargebacks.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in
• Suspension of membership
• Termination of access
• Restriction from future services
TISA reserves the right to challenge chargebacks where policy terms are violated.

8. Changes to this policy
TISA Hub Ltd may update this policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on the website.
Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the revised policy.

9. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
