PAYMENT TERMS POLICY

This Payment Terms Policy explains how payments billing and access work for services and membership provided by TISA Network Ltd.

By making a payment you agree to this policy in full.

1. About TISA

Payments on this website are processed by TISA Network Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

Brand clarification
The International Students Association or TISA is a brand operated by TISA Network Ltd.
TISA is not a government body statutory authority or public institution.

2. Pricing and fees

• All prices are displayed clearly before payment
• Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise
• Any applicable taxes are included or disclosed at checkout
• Prices may change from time to time

Price changes do not affect existing active memberships.

3. Membership payments

• Membership is billed as a single annual fee
• Payment grants immediate access to member services
• Membership fees are non refundable
• Membership fees are non transferable

By completing payment you confirm your intent to access digital services immediately.

4. Auto renewal and billing control

• Renewal control remains with the member
• If auto renewal is enabled it can be cancelled by the member
• Cancellation of renewal does not trigger a refund
• Membership remains active until the end of the paid term

TISA is not responsible for renewals that occur due to failure to cancel on time.

5. Payment methods

We accept payments through secure third party payment providers.

• TISA does not store full card or banking details
• Payment data is handled by the payment provider
• We receive confirmation only for access validation

Any payment issues should first be raised with the payment provider.

6. Failed or incomplete payments

If a payment fails or is reversed

• Membership access may be suspended
• Access may be restored once payment is successfully completed
• Repeated failures may result in termination

TISA reserves the right to restrict access in cases of non payment.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

Members should contact TISA before raising a payment dispute or chargeback.

Unwarranted chargebacks may result in
• Immediate suspension of membership
• Termination of access
• Restriction from future services

TISA reserves the right to dispute chargebacks that violate agreed policies.

8. Third party fees

TISA is not responsible for
• Bank charges
• Currency conversion fees
• Payment provider processing fees

These charges are determined by your bank or provider.

9. Errors and corrections

If you believe you were charged incorrectly you must notify us promptly.

Errors will be reviewed and corrected if confirmed.
Correction does not automatically result in a refund unless legally required.

10. Changes to payment terms

TISA Hub Ltd may update these payment terms at any time.

Updated terms will be posted on the website.
Continued use of services indicates acceptance.

11. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
