TISA is not a government organisation, statutory authority, immigration body, embassy, university, or public institution.
TISA is a private student support and community platform.

To avoid any confusion, TISA does not provide

• Guaranteed jobs internships interviews or sponsorship
• Accommodation booking or guarantor services
• Insurance services

Users must seek qualified professionals or official authorities where required.

4. Membership

• International students in the UK
• Domestic students in the UK
• Recent graduates
• Individuals aged fifteen years or above

Membership is subject to verification and internal approval.

Membership duration

• Membership is valid for twelve months from activation
• Membership access is digital
• Membership is personal and non transferable

Membership fees

• Membership fees are non refundable
• Membership fees are non transferable
• No refunds are issued for partial or unused periods

Renewal control remains with the member.
Auto renewal if enabled can be cancelled by the member at their end.

5. No guarantees

TISA does not guarantee

• Employment outcomes
• Job interviews or sponsorship
• Academic success
• Event outcomes
• Emergency resolution
• Financial assistance beyond stated policies

All decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the member.

6. Job updates and job portal

• Job updates are shared for informational purposes only
• Listings may be sourced from third parties
• TISA does not influence hiring decisions
• Employers control eligibility and outcomes

The future TISA job portal will be accessible only to members and does not guarantee employment or sponsorship.

7. Events and activities

• Some events are free for members
• Some events may have a minimal charge
• Event details and pricing are shared in advance
• Event availability may change or be cancelled

TISA is not responsible for third party speakers venues or partner actions.

8. Emergency support

TISA provides coordination and guidance only during emergencies.

TISA does not replace
• Emergency services
• Hospitals
• Universities
• Embassies
• Insurance providers

Members must contact official emergency services when required.

9. Community behaviour

All users and members must

• Act respectfully
• Avoid harassment abuse or discrimination
• Use services responsibly
• Not misuse reporting or emergency channels

Violation of community standards may result in suspension or termination without refund.

10. Volunteering and leadership

• Participation is voluntary
• Roles do not create employment
• No compensation is guaranteed
• Roles may be withdrawn at any time

Leaders and volunteers must follow all TISA policies.

11. Data protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws.
